I-Connectivity Midi to USB
« on: September 22, 2013, 05:01:21 AM »

I recently purchased an M-Audio UNO Midi to USB cable to access Zen Edit and had some problems with it. I know many of you use this - but my problems went unresolved. It was extremely frustrating.
I purchased the iConnectivity Mio and it worked perfectly right out of the box. This is a plug & play unit - no drivers and certainly made for the midi challenged like myself. Cost was about the same as the UNO.
Just another option to consider.

I just ordered an Uno so I can use Zen edit because I have heard it was the simplest and most reliable USB interface. Boy, I hope it works!

Let me know how you make out with the UNO.
I had problems with the driver downloads.

Worked great for me, I use a Mac Book Pro with up to date OS. It also worked fantastic to get Zen Edit working for me as well! Wish the Midi In and Midi Out connectors were different colors though!!
