Keyboard Window (melodic playing)

A double click on a pad brings up the keyboard.

That window will not move.

Right there in the center.

You know, for the life of me I can't remember why I designed that one that way.  I'm guessing it's a carryover from what that control evolved from, which was just a simple popup control.

Will see about adding it to the next release.  Will also mess around with making the background of it semi-transparent so that it feels less claustrophobic.

cheers

Looking at it through fresh eyes, it might also be nice to make the bottom portion (the mapped instrument list) collapsible.  And a feature to have it automatically expand/collapse based on whether the selected trigger(s) are in melodic mode.

I never liked transparent windows. But the collapsible bottom is cool. I only reference the note-number mouse-over pop-up.

When you click on a key of the keyboard, it assigns that note to the pad, and then the window closes.
I would move it aside, re-size it, and when focus returns to the pad and a new pad is selected...the open window now assigns the new pad.

That was the first time in my life I've used three consecutive hyphenated words in a sentence.

One more Window type request

I'm thinking about a scheme where the 5 buttons on the short edge are for the right thumb.
Basically, it's held in the lap upside down.
Not only do the cables hang naturally, but the ergonomics are ripe for exploration.
So. Can I flip the image of the Zendrum?

Not currently, but that's a good idea for a future enhancement.
