Can a Hat Kat pedal be used as a kick trigger?
« on: February 09, 2009, 09:05:59 AM »

I've been looking for a used Fat Kat pedal but I have the chance to buy a used Hat Kat pedal. Does anyone know if this will work as a kick trigger the same as the Fat Kat?

Yes, it has three output jacks and one of them is a dedicated trigger out.

Hey Zendrummers,

It appears as if the old Phat Kat beater less pedals have been discontinued. There is a new high hat pedal but I don't think there is a bass drum pedal available. I was wondering if this same pedal can be used for the bass drum.
