Hey David!

Congrats! The review is really cool. I can’t confirm the writer with his “hard plastic” antipathy (even I expected rubber when I unwrapped my ZX for the first time). You are absolutely right: It is really quick and if you have learned where the max. velocity is, it’s comfortable, too. I’ve already developed a technique that would be impossible on rubber: When I need to hit a trigger when my hand is on the way to another trigger far away, I can hit a trigger and slide over it without losing speed.

On SonikMatter, I recently posted a rather long treatise on what it's like to play the Zendrum, but I completely missed that point. It really is a plus for your hands to be able to slide over the hard plastic as opposed to having to overcome the greater friction of gummy-rubber.
