Garageband for iPad 2 would be a good place to start?

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it to the service but I will be playing Zendrum today, as a tribute for all the good times and encouragement he gave me on my Nashville visits. That big smile was shared with millions of people.

Got to know Tom via email after making contact with David at Zendrum.

Made it to Rancho Roady in Nashville every year between 2000 and 2006, rooming for PASIC shows and buying my Zendrum in 2001.

Funny, generous, talented yet humble guy. My best friend.  8)

Unfortunately I cannot afford to go the funeral service this Sunday from Ireland but the entire Roady and Zendrum clan will be in my thoughts and prayers.

RIP Tom

Michael (your brother from another mother)

Talking with Tom today. He's a fighter and keeping very positive.
Keep him in your prayers, a lot of music still to come from him.

Do check out Al's work at www.boomtheory.com

Closest ekits to a regular drumset. He can tailor the pads response to your particular Module.

Was in a Dublin store today, had a quick go on the new Yamaha DTX7OO mid-line set. Impressive sounds, 64mB of Sampling via USB key (MIDI In for Zendrummers) and their new Silicon Drum pads were pretty nice too.

Cheers

Looking at the DM10 module too, DM Pro gave up on me again. Pack it up send it back to Alesis Service centre for a 3rd time.  D4 saved the day, had it nearly 10 years and not a hicccup.

3rd time in two years, glad I kept my trusty D4.

Dark band across top of screen and repeating thumps from headphone output. Can't reset module, been back to Alesis UK service centre twice so far..............was looking at DM10 as a handy gigging module,  not so sure now.  Battery 3 and Mac Mini perhaps, unfortunately can't stretch to a Zendrive just yet.

It'll be easier (and most likely cheaper) to sell your Blue Zendrum and buy a Natural Maple one.

I had a (Tobacco Sunburst) Yamaha Tom (in DIY Blue/Silver) refurbished earlier this year to the correct colour. A lot of effort.

Zendrum ZX - Figured Maple/Zebrawood Centre section…..beautiful
Zendrum Muse - Black ($90)

Alesis DMPro
Alesis D4 - Backup
Alesis Picoverb

Roland KC-500 Amp

Reason 2.5 on a G3 ibook but I haven't used it much yet.

Saving up for an RCF 705AS Subwoofer and maybe an Akai Z4 Sampler for the large collection of samples I have (Bob Clearmountain/Double Platinum Drums/Steve Smith/LP Percussion etc.)

Cheers
