Couldn't agree more. My experience with customer service has been superb. Always there when you need them.

Happy Indeed ! Santa delivered my new Zendrumdrive on Christmas Eve. Although I haven't had much time to give it a critique - at least on the surface - this thing is awesome. Super easy to set up my 1st note map - sounds are incredibly realistic - and without a doubt, this thing is built like a tank. I will post a general review when I have spent enough time with it to be able to share some first hand info.
Hope all in the Zendrum Community have a safe - healthy and prosperous New Year.

Let me know how you make out with the UNO.
I had problems with the driver downloads.

User Reviews / I-Connectivity Midi to USB
« on: September 22, 2013, 05:01:21 am »
I recently purchased an M-Audio UNO Midi to USB cable to access Zen Edit and had some problems with it. I know many of you use this - but my problems went unresolved. It was extremely frustrating.
I purchased the iConnectivity Mio and it worked perfectly right out of the box. This is a plug & play unit - no drivers and certainly made for the midi challenged like myself. Cost was about the same as the UNO.
Just another option to consider.

I have had my new ZX for two weeks and things are going great.
The scary part is that this old school - tech challenged - musician is making the transition much quicker than I could have imagined.
One of my many reasons for going Zendrum was because of an arm injury about 6 months ago. Knowing I would have some limitations with movement and lifting this was the obvious choice if I wanted to continue playing.
Got back with my band members this week to re-group and audition a new member. They were pretty impressed with the sound and even my playing !
Today we take Zenedit for a spin.  ;D

ZenEdit / Re: Midi to USB ?

Good advice  :) -- my laptop is - 1.86 Ghz - duel CPU - 32 bit OS
Windows Vista - service pak2.
My work laptop is much newer and more powerful. I don't have it with me right now so I don't have the specs on it.
I'm sure one of them will work.
Thanks guys,

Thanks DW - I did order that cable and it should be here in  a few days.
Can't wait to start exploring all of the features of your program.
I need to check my laptop and see if it meets the basic requirements. If not I will have to buy a new one. Wifey will hit the ceiling on that one  >-D

I don't have a Zendrum, but... / Re: Tracking says tomorrow !

All I can say is WOW !
I am just blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship of this Zendrum.
You hear about it - you read about it - but until you have it in your hands you really can't imagine just how fantastic this instrument is.
Thank you Inspector for your fine work and offer of assistance.
I programed about 8 triggers and couldn't stop playing it.
I do have a question or two and will send you an e-mail.
Thank you - Thank you - Thank you   ;D

;D Looks like my ZX will arrive tomorrow. That is very cool. I will be leaving tomorrow night for several days of R&R in Maine.
Guess I better call in sick (Zendrum Fever) tomorrow morning so I can be here to sign for it .
Looks like I will have some time to get acquainted with my new instrument.
Ahhhhhhhh XMass in August   8)

ZenChat / Re: Q: When is a Zendrum like a bassoon?
« on: August 24, 2013, 05:00:52 am »
I was wondering how I would address the stand issue.
This is great ! Now if I could come up with something clever to hold my drum module at a convenient height and angle I would be in Zen heaven. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Congrats on your new EXP. Tell me - is the finish as beautiful as you expected ? I have a ZX coming in the same  finish. When I was looking through the color chart it just jumped out at me and I knew that was the one. I may end up sleeping with it    :o
Are Psych Services included in the purchase or is that an option ?
